• We offer delivery within the Taupo region only. Delivery charges apply as indicated at checkout.
• Delivery times are approximate, and we will make every effort to deliver within the estimated time frame.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
